In the midst of a global pandemic, like many other COVID-19 projects, our team was presented with challenges of organizing an outdoor production with various limitations such as in physical interaction as well as in creative and technical aspects. 

As the (virtual) production manager, some of my main responsibilities includes: 

• Facilitated all production meetings and virtual correspondences.

• Maintain constant communications with the team on-site to ensure the flow during rehearsal and tech period.

• Costume & Make-Up maintenance before and after show (make-up, hair and blood)
